• Identify specific hazardous materials by applying to visible locations
• Division 1.4 explosives are comprised of explosives that present a minor explosion hazard. The explosive effects are largely confined to the package and no projection of fragments can be expected
• Compatibility group C: Propellant explosive substance or other deflagrating explosive substance or article containing such explosive substance
• Use placards on vehicles and large containers
• Specific color schemes, symbols, words, and numbers requirements identify the hazard
