Inform all personnel of Explosives & Blasting Agents (1.3L) that are being transported.

• Identify specific hazardous materials by applying to visible locations
• Division 1.3 explosives consist of explosives that have a fire hazard and either a minor blast hazard or a minor projection hazard or, both but not a mass explosion hazard
• Compatibility group 'L': Explosive substance or article containing an explosive substance and presenting a special risk
• Use placards on vehicles and large containers
• Specific color schemes, symbols, words, and numbers requirements identify the hazard
• Square-diamond format: Placard - 273 mm x 273 mm (10 3/4" x 10 3/4")
