• Division 1.3 explosives consist of explosives that have a fire hazard and either a minor blast hazard or a minor projection hazard or both, but not a mass explosion hazard
• Compatibility group 'J': Article containing both an explosive substance and flammable liquid or gel
• Use placards on vehicles and large containers
• Specific color schemes, symbols, words, and numbers requirements identify the hazard
