• Identify specific hazardous materials by applying to visible locations
• Division 1.2 explosives consist of explosives that have a projection hazard but not a mass explosion hazard
• Warns of 'G': Pyrotechnic substance containing a pyrotechnic substance, or article containing both an explosive substance and an illuminating, incendiary, tear-producing or smoke-producing substance
• Use placards on vehicles and large containers
• Specific color schemes, symbols, words, and numbers requirements identify the hazard
